Greetings Cheyney University Family,
This is the Spring 2014 edition of the Cheyney University National Alumni Association newsletter, The Spirit featuring the theme, “Empowering Our Youth to Succeed.” This edition features Cheyney alumna Martina Randall, Class of 2009, on the cover and highlights her story as “A Wolf on the Rise.”
In this edition, you also will find a variety of stories about Cheyney alumni doing great things in their local communities, chapters, and across time zones. If you think someone you know will enjoy this newsletter, please be sure to share the online edition with your friends and family on Facebook and Twitter.
You can find the Spring 2014 / Alumni Weekend 2014 edition of The Spirit online by clicking here.
Printed copies of this newsletter will be available during the General Alumni Meeting during Alumni Weekend 2014 (May 2-4, 2014), so if you plan to attend, you will automatically receive a copy at the registration table.
Although we received a multitude of entries, we were not able to include all of the story submissions in this edition. Additional stories can be found on the Cheyney University National Alumni Association website in the Alumni News area.
The Public Relations Committee would like to thank the following contributors for their assistance in producing the Spring 2014 issue. Without your photos, stories, and Cheyney Pride—this wouldn’t be possible!
