Over the past two years, the North Carolina Alumni Chapter, under the leadership of Ozzie Hackett ’60 have been invited to a holiday gathering at the home of the President Michelle and Geri Vital’s in Durham North Carolina. Last year twelve attended and related their personal experiences as to how they ended up at Cheyney. Stories from members of the classes 1949(1) and 1950(2), were quite enlightening as were many others. Careers from teaching, educational administration, through business careers and college professorships were shared. The Chapter will meet this year on December 29, 2010.
