March 26, 2012, Sorsogon Provincial Gymnasium – The Lewis College was privileged to have the Vice President of Virginia State University, Dr. Robert Turner (Class of 1969), as keynote speaker for its 9th Commencement Exercises this year upon the recommendation of TLC President Atty.
